Pork Chops With Pineapple
What You Need:
  • 4 chops
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 8 prunes or 1 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • Sprinkle of sugar and salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ˝ cup cornstarch
  • How To Cook:
    1. Brown chops and sprinkles with salt.

    2. In a casserole dish, place the chops in layers with the pineapple, prunes peel and sugar.

    3. Cover with breadcrumbs and dot with butter. Bake in a slow 300°F for 1˝ hours.

    4. Serve with shredded cabbage which has been sprinkled with salt and boiled in vinegar and water.

    5. When tender, strain and serve hot.
