White Sauce For Crawfish
What You Need:
  • 2 tablespoons butter / margarine
  • 1-1½ to 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 egg yolks - if desired

  • How To Cook:
    1. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over low heat.

    2. Add and blend in flour, stirring with a whip.

    3. Gradually add milk stirring constantly; add seasoning. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks.
