Baked Grunts
What You Need:
  • 6 Grunts (may be substitute by snapper, grouper and perch)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Water, hot pepper, salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Avocado slices
  • How To Cook:
    1. Clean grunts, place in a greased dish and add lime juice and water to cover.

    2. Add salt and pieces of hot pepper.

    3. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes.

    4. Spread melted butter over them and serve with avocado slices.
