Banana King Fish With Mustard Sauce
What You Need:
  • 4 king fish steaks (mackerel)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper, butter

    MUSTARD SAUCE
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 3 teaspoons dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Season the fish steaks with salt and pepper. Fry gently in butter.

    2. Place the steaks in a heat-proof dish.

    3. Cover each steak with slices of ripe banana and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.

    4. Broil until the cheese is melted and the banana heated through.

    5. Serve with mustard sauce.

    MUSTARD SAUCE:
    1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
