Barbecued Perch
What You Need:
5 pound perch
1
cup
celery
1 cup onions
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire / Pickapeppa sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2
tablespoons
sugar
How To Cook:
1
. Grill fish for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, saute celery and onions.

. Combine other ingredients, bring to a boil.
3
. Baste fish with sauce, cooking for another 10 minutes.
