Barbecued Perch
What You Need:
  • 5 pound perch
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire / Pickapeppa sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • How To Cook:
    1. Grill fish for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, saute celery and onions.

    2. Combine other ingredients, bring to a boil.

    3. Baste fish with sauce, cooking for another 10 minutes.

    To Serve: 6 - 8
