Beer Batter For Fish
What You Need:
  • Any type of fish may be used.
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup beer
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ cup margarine or oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix cornstarch and flour and salt. Add beer and beat until smooth.

    2. Beat egg whites and fold into batter.

    3. Dip slices of fish or whole small fish into this batter and fry in bubbling fat.
