| What You Need: |

|
1 quart sliced cucumbers
2 sliced onions
1 sliced green pepper
1 chopped clove garlic
|

|
| How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Place onions, cucumbers, pepper, garlic and salt in a pan.
|
2. Cover with ice cubes and let stand for 2 hours. Drain.
|
3. Combine other ingredients and pour over onion mixture.
|
4. Heat to boil for a few minutes only. Seal while still hot in jars.
|
|
|
To Make: approximately 4 jars
|
