Chocolate Mousse
What You Need:
  • 1 tablespoon black coffee
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz plain chocolate
    • How To Cook:
    1. Melt chocolate over low heat.

    2. Separate eggs, reserving whites, beat yolks and stir into melted chocolate mixed with coffee and rum.

    3. Whip egg whites and fold into mixture.

    4. Put into individual glasses and chill.
    To Serve: 1
