Deboned Stuffed Leg Of Kid
What You Need:
  • 1 boned leg of goat kid
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

  • How To Cook:
    1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Moisten breadcrumbs with milk and press dry.

    2. Add egg yolk, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to make a stuffing for meat.

    3. Fill, roll, and tie meat and bake for 1˝ hours in a 350°F oven. Serve with baby carrots and small boiled onions.
