Hot Peppers And Shallots
What You Need:
  • 6 hot peppers
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • Shallots to fill 2 jars
  • 1 clove
  • Salt
  • Pimento grains
    • How To Cook:
    1. Slice peppers and remove seeds.

    2. Peel and wash shallots.

    3. Fill jars with shallots and hot pepper slices.

    4. Boil vinegar with spices and salt.

    5. Pour over peppers and shallots and seal.
