Pineapple Jam
What You Need:
  • 1 pineapple
  • Sugar
  • Nutmeg

  • How To Cook:
    1. Peel and grate the pineapple.

    2. To each pound of pineapple pulp, add ¾ pound of sugar.

    3. Add nutmeg to taste. Boil and stir until mixture thickens and sugar is melted.

    4. Seal in jars whilst hot.

    To Make: 3 jars
