1 rabbit (skin and clean)
Sage
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup milk
Salt, pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
Bacon drippings

| How To Cook: |

1. Stuff rabbit with bread crumbs mixed with the given ingredients.

2. Sew up cavity.
|
3. Rub all over with bacon dripping.

4. Roast 1 €“ 1½ hours in a 350°F oven.
