Sea Urchin (Sea Eggs)
What You Need:
  • 3 dozen sea eggs (not the black spiny type)

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash well, open and remove the coral.

    2. This can be mixed with a White Sauce and served on toast.

    NOTE:
        Sea eggs are considered a delicacy in many countries. The coral is scraped out and eaten raw with a squeeze of lemon or lime.
