										| Smoked Pork Chops, Baked With Jiffy Barbecue Sauce |  |  |

	| 6 smoked pork chops
		1 can whole kernel corn
		1 egg, well beaten
		1 cup chopped celery
		1 onion, chopped
		2 tablespoons oil
		1 ounce margarine
		1 green sweet pepper, chopped |  |  |  |  |

									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Saute celery, onion and sweet green pepper in margarine, and mix with corn and egg. 
 
 |  | 2. Brown chops lightly in oil, drain and arrange in a casserole dish. 
 
 |  | 3. Cover with the corn mixture and pour Jiffy Barbecue Saucee all over. 
 
 |  | 4. Bake covered at 350°F for one hour. Remove cover during last 10 minutes.
