Egg - Sour Cream Dressing
Serve with lettuce, greens, raw cabbage, or cooked boors.

What You Need:
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients and mix well.

    2. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.

    To Make: about 2 cups
