Ham Aspic Salad
What You Need:
  • 1 recipe basic tomato aspic
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 cups minced cold, cooked ham

    • How To Cook:
    1. When making tomato aspic, omit celery and reduce amount of minced onion to 2 tablespoons.

    2. When aspic has begun to set, fold in onion, horseradish, and ham.

    3. Chill until firm.
    To Serve: 4 - 6
