Broad Bean Salad
What You Need:
2 pound broad beans
2
cups
of vinegar
How To Cook:
1
. Boil the broad beans in plenty of salted water.

. When the skins slip off, drain well, put them in a
bowl
and pour over the vinegar while they are still hot.
3
. Serve cold.
