What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 2 pound broad beans
  • 2 cups of vinegar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil the broad beans in plenty of salted water.

    2. When the skins slip off, drain well, put them in a bowl and pour over the vinegar while they are still hot.

    3. Serve cold.
