What You Need: |

½ pound chopped spinach
¼ pound stoned prunes
½ pound marrow, peeled
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 oz rice
2 oz lentils
Salt and pepper
Parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cover all the ingredients with water and bring slowly to the boil.
|
2. Let simmer for 4 hours.
|
3. Rub through a sieve and return it to the fire, adding some chopped parsley.
|
4. Serve hot.
