How To Cook: |

1. After cleaning fish, cut into 1-inch slices.

2. Cut the onions into rings, and fry in a heavy pan in 1/8 cup of olive oil until light brown.

3. Add tomato paste, 1˝ cups of water, garlic, paprika, salt, juice of ˝ lemon, remaining olive oil, celery and carrots.
|
4. Cover and cook 25 minutes.
|
5. Place fish in deep baking dish and cover with this sauce.
|
6. Bake in a moderately hot oven (400°F) for 25 minutes.
|
7. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
