What You Need: |

|
1 pound spinach
1 pound finely chopped meat
Small handful of burglar
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper
3 pints yoghourt

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Wash and chop the spinach and put in a saucepan with the meat, burglar (crushed wheat), crushed garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
|
2. Pour the yoghourt over and simmer gently until the meat is tender.
