Ashanti Fowl
What You Need:
  • 4 onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 fowl
  • 1 pound sausages
  • ˝ pound breadcrumbs
  • 4 tomatoes

  • How To Cook:
    1. Carefully bone the chicken.

    2. Make a stuffing of the other ingredients, using egg to bind.

    3. Fill the chicken, reconstructing its shape.

    4. Pot-roast until tender and serve either hot or cold.
