Pork And Pineapple Packages
What You Need:
  • 2 pound fresh pork shoulder (with some fat left on), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1¾ teaspoons onion or garlic salt
  • 2 seeded and quartered green peppers
  • 1 1/8 teaspoons pepper
  • 8 small potatoes

  • How To Cook:
    1. Start heating the oven to moderate (350°F).

    2. Put the pork on waxed paper, and then sprinkle with onion salt, pepper and ginger.

    3. Cut 8 pieces of foil about a foot square.

    4. Put on each some pork, pineapple, green pepper and potatoes, gather the foil together at the top, arrange in a shallow baking tin and cook for 2 hours.
