Brandied Eggnog

What You Need:
  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Brandy

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat for ˝ hour the yolks of 4 - 8 eggs and 1 egg white, together with 1 level tablespoon sugar for each egg yolk used.

    2. Serve in individual glasses with 1 teaspoon of brandy in each; hand small macaroons or meringues separately.
