	| 1 pound almonds
		˝ pound fine sugar
		1 pound honey |  |  |  |  |

									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Blanch and brown almonds, add fine sugar and pound together. 
 
 |  | 2. Put into a heavy saucepan with honey and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture browns and thickens. 
 
 |  | 3. Pour into a small tin or wooden box lined with rice paper and allow hardening.
