	1. Sieve flour and salt together, beat in one egg and half the milk, then add the other egg and the rest of the milk.

	2. Let the batter stand for a few minutes.

	3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour in some batter, tipping the pan so that the batter is evenly distributed.

	4. When the pancake is done on one side, turn over.

	5. Tip out of the pan, put a spoonful of jam in the middle and roll up.

	6. Cook all the batter in this way, rolling up each pancake separately around a spoonful of jam and placing side by side on a hot dish.

	7. When all the batter is used up, sprinkle the rolled pancakes with sugar and grill for a moment before serving.
