  • 1 ounce light rum
  • ¼ cup strained fresh lime or lemon juice
  • ¼ cup canned guava juice or 2 tablespoons canned guava syrup
  • 2 tablespoons canned pineapple juice
  • ½ cup crushed or finely cracked ice

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the rum, lime or lemon juice, guava juice or syrup, pineapple juice and ice in the jar of an electric blender.

    2. Blend at high speed for 20 or 30 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

    3. Pour the punch into a tall, slim 14 or I5-ounce chilled glass and serve at once.
