What You Need:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk (use instant)
  • Powder mixed in water

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix flour and salt. Combine oil and milk and pour over flour.

    2. Stir with a fork till smooth.

    3. Shape into a ball, flatten and wrap with a sheet of waxed paper. Chill.

    4. Peel off the paper and roll out. Use as desired.
