What You Need:

  • 2 pounds of any type of white fish meat
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 1 diced potato
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sherry, optional

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil fish in water until tender.

    2. Remove all bones and strain the liquid.

    3. Stir diced vegetables into fish stock with seasonings.

    4. When cooked add some flaked fish meat and sherry to taste.
