Fish Chowder
What You Need:
2 pounds of any type of white fish meat
1 quart water
1 minced onion
2 diced carrots
1 diced potato
2 diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Sherry, optional
How To Cook:
1
. Boil fish in water until tender.
2
. Remove all bones and strain the liquid.
3
. Stir diced vegetables into fish stock with seasonings.
4
. When cooked add some flaked fish meat and sherry to taste.
