What You Need:

  • 4 oz sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Few drops vanilla

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cream sugar and yolks together over a gentle heat.

    2. Add vanilla.

    3. Gradually add sherry and whisk vigorously until frothy and firm.

    4. Use immediately.
