What You Need:

  • 3 chochos or 1 small squash
  • 9 tablespoons minced beef
  • 6 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 minced onion
  • Salt, pepper, oil
  • Grated cheese

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut chochos or squash in half and boil until tender but firm.

    2. Scrape out the inside and dice, being careful not to break the skin.

    3. Saute onions and minced beef in oil and add diced chocho or squash.

    4. Fill shells, top with bread crumbs and a sprinkle of cheese.

    5. Bake In 350°F oven until brown on top.
