What You Need:            (To Serve: 6 to 8)

  • Two 1-pound cans cut red beets or 2 pounds fresh beets, cooked, drained, and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients and marinate in refrigerator several hours before serving.

    2. This salad should be well seasoned, so add a generous amount of salt and pepper.

    3. This recipe can be served with a Garlic Sauce.
