What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 medium sweet gherkin pickles, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
  • 2 cups thickly sliced celery
  • 1 small apple, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup sliced cooked beets
  • 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
  • Salad greens

  • How To Cook:
    1. Blend soup, lemon juice, pickles and dill in a bowl.

    2. Toss with celery, apple, beets and potatoes.

    3. Chill 4 hours or more.

    4. Serve on salad greens.
