What You Need: |

1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 medium sweet gherkin pickles, chopped
½ teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
2 cups thickly sliced celery
1 small apple, diced (about 1 cup)
1 cup sliced cooked beets
1 cup diced cooked potatoes
Salad greens

How To Cook: |

|
1. Blend soup, lemon juice, pickles and dill in a bowl.
|
2. Toss with celery, apple, beets and potatoes.
|
3. Chill 4 hours or more.
|
4. Serve on salad greens.
