½ cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed tomato bisque soup
1 pound fillets of sole or other white fish cut in 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cups hot cooked rice

How To Cook: |

1. Cook onion in oil in skillet until tender.
|
2. Add remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 minutes, or until-done, stirring gently now and then.
