What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 to 3)

  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed tomato bisque soup
  • 1 pound fillets of sole or other white fish cut in 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook onion in oil in skillet until tender.

    2. Add remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 minutes, or until-done, stirring gently now and then.

    3. Serve over rice.
