											| How To Cook: |
											| |
											| | | 1. Mix the first seven ingredients and allow marinating at least ½ hour.

 | | 2. Cook in the microwave oven in a covered casserole, stirring occasionally, until the meat is no longer pink. Set aside.

 | | 3. Cook the broccoli in a covered casserole in the microwave oven, stirring from time-to-time, until it is barely tender-crisp. (This should take about 10 minutes.)

 | | 4. Add the salt and meat mix well, and reheat thoroughly.

 | | NOTE: | | As in oriental cooking, the vegetables should not be cooked too much. There should still be quite a bit of crispness, so the residual cooking does not leave the broccoli limp. | | |
