| 1. Cut the chicken into serving pieces. Mix the bouillon concentrate, salt, pepper, flour, and paprika. Sprinkle over the chicken.

| 2. Arrange the chicken in a large covered casserole with the larger part of each piece and the heavier pieces around the outside of the dish. 
 
 | 
| 3. Sprinkle on the parsley and onion. Cover and cook in the microwave oven until tender (about 25 to 30 minutes).

| 4. Add the milk and sour cream. Gently stir into the chicken. Cook long enough to heat the milk and cream thoroughly and for the mixture to thicken. 
 
 | 
| 5. Remove the chicken to a serving dish. Drop the dumpling batter into the sauce by the large spoonful. Cook, covered, in the microwave oven until done (about 5 minutes).

| 6. Put the dumplings on top of the chicken in the serving dish and pour the sauce over all.

| DUMPLINGS: | 
| 1. Mix the dry ingredients together. 
 
 | 
| 2. Mix the wet ingredients together. 
 
 | 
| 3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and then follow the instructions above.
