What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 1 pound red radishes, cleaned, trimmed, and sliced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of scallions, trimmed and chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    GARNISH
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all the ingredients, except the dill, and place in a serving bowl.

    2. Garnish with the dill.
