What You Need:            (To Make: about 2½ cups)

  • ½ up nuoc mam (fish sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup grated daikon radish
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Chili oil to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all the ingredients together well and chill a bit before serving.
