Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
What You Need:
½ up nuoc mam (fish sauce)

tablespoons
rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup water
¼ cup grated carrots
¼
cup
grated daikon radish
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
Juice of ½ lime
Chili oil to taste
How To Cook:
1
. Mix all the ingredients together well and chill a bit before serving.

about 2½ cups
