What You Need:

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine on low heat.

    2. Add ½ cup flour slowly, whilst stirring with 1 cup of milk, and a pinch of salt until this thickens.

    3. Do not allow to burn.
