What You Need:

  • 6 medium crawfish, uncooked
  • 2 eggs
  • cup evaporated milk
  • teaspoon salt
  • Lemon juice
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Butter or margarine

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper.

    2. Dip crawfish thoroughly in egg milk mixture, and then roll in flour.

    3. Have hot fat about inch deep in heavy frying pan and cook until golden brown, turning once.

    4. Serve with melted lemon butter.
