What You Need:

  • 2 pounds cooked and shredded lobster meat
  • Сhopped onions
  • Сhopped sweet peppers
  • 3 diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons rum or sherry
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Salt, pepper, to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Fry onion and peppers until tender. Stir in salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and simmer gently.

    2. Add lobster meat with rum or sherry.

    3. Continue to simmer gently for about 10 minutes, Serve with plain boiled rice.
