What You Need:

  • 4 chochos peeled and diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • Butter, herbs, salt, nutmeg to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil chocho until tender.

    2. Pour into blender with herbs and milk and blend until smooth.

    3. Reheat to serve with a dab of butter and pinch of nutmeg.
