What You Need:

  • 1 ripe pineapple or melon variety of diced fruits, as desired
  • Brandy, optional

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut off the top of a ripe pineapple or use a melon cut into 2 parts.

    2. Scoop out flesh and mix with diced fruits - as many varieties as desired.

    3. Toss with 2 tablespoons brandy if desired.

    4. Return to shell and chill. Fresh lychee and mangos can be added for a surprise.
