  • 1 cup diced green peppers
  • ½ cup sliced scallions, with some tops
  • 2 cups chopped, peeled tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce
  • Salt to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine peppers, scallions, and tomatoes in a serving dish.

    2. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over vegetables.

    3. Serve with pieces of dark bread.
