What You Need:

  • Perch fillets
  • Beer
  • Flour
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fat for frying

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soak the fillets in fresh beer for 45 minutes.

    2. Drain and coat with flour seasoned with salt and ground black pepper.

    3. Fry in very hot fat until golden-brown.

    4. Serve at once with a small piece of fresh butter and slices of lemon.
