What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 6 cups chopped fresh bok choy
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium-sized green pepper, cleaned and chopped
  • ½ cup sliced bamboo shoots
  • 1 cup diced fresh or canned pineapple
  • About 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Put bok choy, celery, pepper, bamboo shoots, and pineapple in a salad howl.

    2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad; toss.

    3. Serve at once
