What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • ¾ cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon drained capers (optional)
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Remove any cartilage from crabmeat.

    2. Put celery in a medium howl.

    3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    4. Fold in crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.

    5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
